ROCHESTER, N.Y., Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Agrilink Foods, Inc., Rochester, N.Y,, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pro-Fac Cooperative (Nasdaq: PFACP) and The J.M. Smucker Company (NYSE: SJMA and SJMB), Orrville, Ohio, today announced that they have completed the sale of the Adams brand peanut butter business to Smucker.
Adams natural and no-stir peanut butters are marketed principally in the northwestern part of the United States and in western Canada. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
