J. M. Smucker Declares Dividend; Announces Second Quarter Earnings Conference Call
ORRVILLE, Ohio, Oct. 29 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The board of directors of The J. M. Smucker Company (NYSE: SJM) declared a $.23 per share dividend on the common shares of the Company to be paid on December 1, 2003, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 17, 2003.
The Company will conduct a second quarter earnings conference call and webcast on Thursday, November 20, 2003, at 8:30 a.m. E.T. Earnings will be released prior to the call.
